Aleh Tsepeleu

Aleh Tsepeleu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Aleh started their career at JSC “Minsk Automobile Plant” in 2011, where they initially worked as a Regional Sales Executive for the Middle East region. In 2012, they became the Deputy Head of the Export Department for the Middle East and later, in 2013, they were promoted to Director of the Representative Office - GCC. In this role, they were responsible for launching and managing the GCC branch, generating sales, developing new markets, and delivering financial revenues and targets. Aleh also conducted business and strategic planning, performed market analysis, managed the dealership network, and fostered strong relationships with decision makers. Additionally, they led regional sales managers and executives and provided leadership, motivation, and product training to the sales team.

In 2017, Aleh Tsepeleu joined EXPRESS ENGINEERING as a Business Development Manager. After working there for two years, they moved on to Tenderd in 2019. At Tenderd, they initially served as a Business Development Manager and then transitioned to the role of Regional Sales Manager in 2020. Tenderd is an asset management platform focused on heavy machinery, offering various products such as a rental marketplace, equipment data tracking, and GHG emissions data gathering. Aleh Tsepeleu's work at Tenderd involved managing sales operations, ensuring sales targets were met through the dealership network, and providing accurate forecast updates to top management.
