Amy Lamden has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Amy started their career as a Public Relations and Alumni Coordinator at Cal Poly Triathlon in 2011. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Running Warehouse and Studio Velo, respectively, in customer service and customer experience management roles. In 2014, they served as a Wellness Coach at The Bay Club Company. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Health Administration (MHA) at the University of Washington. After that, they joined Fond, Inc. as a Marketing Manager from 2016 to 2019. Amy then worked at Castlight Health as both a Sr. Engagement Strategy Associate and an Engagement Strategy Manager from 2019 to 2021. Amy further expanded their career by becoming a Member Growth Marketing Manager at Headspace Health from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Tendo since 2023.
Amy Lamden has a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Washington, which they earned from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degrees, Amy Lamden also holds a certification as a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, which they obtained in April 2014.
