Heather Mchugh

Heather Mchugh is the Senior Director, Product Services at Tendo. Heather has over eight years of experience in the computer software industry. Heather has a strong background in managing and participating in implementations throughout the system development lifecycle. Heather is skilled in streamlining business processes, leveraging technology to create efficiencies and reduce costs, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, and exceeding client expectations. Heather is a people-centric view of technology partnerships and an excellent work ethic.

Heather Mchugh received their Bachelor of Arts in Business/Speech Communication from Eastern Illinois University. Heather also completed their General Education at William Rainey Harper College.

They work with Kyle Jensen - VP, UX & Product Design, Amy Lalor - Director, Product Services, and Laura Leavitt - Principal Product Designer. Heather Mchugh reports to Peter Thorson, SVP, Product Management.
