Ben Guess

Ben Guess is an experienced professional with a background in education, journalism, and customer service. Currently serving as an Educator at the Tenement Museum since November 2022, Ben previously worked as a Data Journalist at Jerry from August 2021 to July 2022, and as a Barista at Starbucks from April 2019 to August 2021, where multitasking and problem-solving skills were essential. Ben's journalistic experience includes a role as a Reporter for The New School Free Press, focusing on story pitches and collaborations with editors, and as a Content Writer for Ben's Campus Media, producing well-researched articles and initiating interviews. Earlier experience as a Sales Associate at Pegasus Book Exchange involved customer assistance and inventory management. Ben holds a degree in Journalism and Design from The New School, with minors in History and Politics.
