Scott Field

Scott Field is currently a mobile developer at Tenera, but they have extensive experience in human resources for the state of Michigan. Field started out as a human resources analyst in 2005 for the Department of Human Services. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment and classification/selections. Scott then became a human resources specialist for the Department of Environmental Quality in 2008. In this role, they were responsible for classification and selections. In 2012, they moved to the Disability Management Office of the Department of Health and Human Services, where they became a lead case representative. In this role, they were responsible for interpreting civil service rules, collective bargaining contracts, and FMLA. Scott also participated in special projects and committees.

Scott Field pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University.

Scott Field works with Chris McIsaac - Customer Service Manager, Thomas Hoyt - Field Technician, and John Curticapean - VP, Engineering. Scott Field reports to Stewart Hardie, CEO & Founder.
