Kailee Benfield

Kailee Benfield holds an Associate CIPD qualification and has a diverse background in legal and human resources roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Tenerity since December 2023, Kailee previously worked for Blake Morgan LLP from August 2008 to December 2023 as a Legal Secretary in the Dispute Resolution Team, where responsibilities included scheduling meetings and managing dictations. Prior experience includes positions at A2 Solicitors LLP and Daltons Solicitors, with roles focusing on legal support tasks such as typing, client communication, and administrative duties. Kailee has completed an Associate Diploma in People Management and a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship at City of Portsmouth College, along with a Level 2 Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Southdowns College.
