Alex Liegl

Alex Liegl is the CEO and Founder of Tenet since 2021. Before that, they were the Managing Partner at Layer1 Capital LLC from 2018 to 2022. Alex also served as the CEO and Founder of Layer1 from 2018 to 2021. Alex was the CEO and Founder of Apex Labs, LLC from 2017 to 2018. Alex worked as an Analyst at Protege Partners in 2016 and founded Bessel Capital Management from 2013 to 2016. Alex also worked as an Analyst at Stanford Management Company in 2015 and as a Director at The Blyth Fund from 2012 to 2015.

Alex Liegl attended Stanford University from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Science (B.A.S.) degree with a field of study in Mathematical & Computational Science and Philosophy.
