Kimberly Kempson

Kimberly Kempson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and recruitment industries. Kimberly is currently serving as the Director of Executive Recruitment at Tenet Healthcare, a leading national health system. Prior to this, they held the role of President at Santéka, formerly known as 1st Solution USA, which was acquired by Optomi LLC. Kimberly founded 1st Solution USA and remained as President for almost a decade. Kimberly also worked as the Director of Sales at MATRIX Resources and as a Branch Manager at Technisource (formerly Impact Innovations Group). Kimberly started their career as a Corporate Recruiter at Netigy Corporation and held IT recruiting roles at NewData Strategies and Decision Consultants, Inc.

Kimberly Kempson obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Organizational Behavior from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In 2007, they received an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Additionally, in December 2010, they obtained the National Women's Business Enterprise Certification from WBENC.
