Nikki Thakkar

Nikki Thakkar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nikki started their career as an Executive Assistant at Kidney Center Inc., where they maintained and updated policies and procedures for dialysis programs. Nikki then joined Amgen as a Senior Associate in Operations Risk Management, leading efforts to investigate and track possible counterfeits of company products. Nikki also served as an Associate in Regulatory Affairs at Amgen, working on product file migration and interacting with regulatory agencies for international expansion projects.

After their time at Amgen, Nikki transitioned to roles in healthcare operations. Nikki worked as an Operations Manager at Fresenius Medical Care North America, overseeing 12 dialysis clinics and managing physician partnerships. Nikki then became an Area Director at US Renal Care, leading the day-to-day operations of twelve dialysis clinics and focusing on labor efficiency and patient care.

Nikki's experience in healthcare operations continued at Centene Corporation, where they served as a Manager for Medicare Appeals and Grievances. In this role, they managed a team and ensured compliance and timeliness in Medicare appeals cases. Nikki also analyzed staffing trends and developed strategies to improve associate retention.

Most recently, Nikki worked at Sound Physicians as a Regional Director of Operations. Nikki reviewed financial statements for accuracy, identified areas for improvement, and developed budgets for program performance.

Currently, Nikki is Director of Revenue Analysis at Tenet Healthcare. In this role, they collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate patient billing and develops insights and key performance indicators for revenue allocation across departments.

Nikki Thakkar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Science from the University of Mumbai from 1990 to 1993. Later, from 2006 to 2009, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
