Mark Jennen

Mark Jennen has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Mark is currently working at Tennant Company as the CTL Business Lead, where they are responsible for cross-functional alignment and improving collaboration and communication. Prior to that, they worked at MTS Systems Corporation as a Program Manager, implementing a new product development process and managing the product development portfolio. Mark also has a significant tenure at Graco, where they held various positions including Director of Engineering for Industrial Pumps and Metering Equipment, Director of Operations, and Engineering Manager and Program Manager. During their time at Graco, they achieved notable successes such as increasing market share, developing patented products, and improving on-time customer delivery. Mark's early career began at Eaton as a Senior Product Engineer.

Mark Jennen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from South Dakota State University. Mark has also obtained certifications in project management (Certified Professional Project Manager - CPPM) from the University of St. Thomas and in agile development (Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO and Certified ScrumMaster - CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
