Sarah Mauragis has a diverse and extensive work experience in various engineering and management roles. Sarah started their career as a Manufacturing Associate at Amway Global in 2009. Sarah then worked as a Chemical Engineering/Environmental Co-op Student at Packaging Corporation of America, where they gained knowledge in environmental tests and analysis.

Sarah also interned at Amway Global as a Procurement Department Intern in 2012. Following that, they were an Undergraduate Research Student at Michigan Technological University, where they focused on studying the kinetics of UASB and UGSB bioreactors and making improvements to the ADM1 model.

Sarah joined 3M as an O2 Process Engineer in 2013, working on process optimization projects and implementing a fiber quality analyzer. Sarah then moved to Parker Hannifin as a Manufacturing Engineer - Process Development, where they obtained their Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.

Sarah also worked at Gentex Corporation as a Project Engineer and at Flow-Rite Controls in various roles such as Industrial Engineer, Continuous Improvement Manager, Production Manager, and Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager. At Flow-Rite Controls, they managed production processes, implemented continuous improvement initiatives, and oversaw quality management.

Sarah'smost recent role was at Hudsonville Creamery and Ice Cream as a Process Improvement Manager, where they were responsible for establishing best practices, managing operational changes, and ensuring food safety and quality.

Sarah is currently employed as a Principal Engineer at Tennant Company, where they apply their expertise in engineering and management to lead and oversee projects.

Sarah Mauragis earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Studies and Leadership from Michigan Technological University in 2012. Sarah then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business at Michigan State University from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification in 2014.
