Steve Kennedy

Steve Kennedy has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. From 2019 to present, they have been the SVP of Human Resources at Tennessee Oncology, where they lead the strategic direction of the HR function and drives talent acquisition and development. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Director of People and Culture at Nashville General Hospital, overseeing HR initiatives and strategies. Prior to that, Steve was a District Leader at Five Below, where they focused on expanding markets and developing store leadership. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Ross Stores, Inc. as a Multi-Unit Leader and District Manager, responsible for maximizing performance and profitability. Steve began their career at Goodys as a District Manager, overseeing a large volume field operation.

Steve Kennedy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Human Resources (MHR) from Trevecca Nazarene University. Steve also holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the same university. In addition, they have obtained a certification in SHRM Executive Network Membership from SHRM Executive Network in June 2023.
