TENNESSEE SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND
Bill Fleckenstein is a high school social studies teacher with experience in various school systems. Bill also has experience as a substitute teacher and has served as a principal in the past. Bill holds a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in History Teacher Education. Additionally, Bill has experience coaching wrestling and strength and conditioning for boys and girls varsity and junior varsity teams.
