Joyska Nunez-Medina

Curatorial Assistant at Tennessee State Museum

Joyska Nunez-Medina has experience as a Museum Educator at the Tennessee State Museum, Resource Assistant Intern at Greening Youth Foundation, and Education Intern at the Smithsonian Institution. They also served as a Summer Intern at the National Park Service and held various positions at Joann Fabric & Craft, NC LIVE / NCSU Libraries, and NCSU Arts Village. Joyska has a Master of Arts in Museology/Museum Studies from The George Washington University and a degree in History from North Carolina State University. They excel in research, development of learning programming, and facilitating educational experiences for visitors.
