Erin Martindale, MBA, possesses a robust background in human resources and talent acquisition, with extensive experience in both operational and strategic roles. Currently serving as a People & Culture Generalist for the Tennessee Titans since October 2021, Erin previously held the position of People & Culture Coordinator within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at Rolling Hills Hospital, where Erin managed the full cycle recruiting process, and LSP Recruiting Coordinator at Allstate, focusing on talent sourcing and recruitment support. Erin's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Human Resources from The University of Toledo and a Master of Business Administration from Troy University. Additional internships at The University of Toledo, Ryman Hospitality Properties, and ProMedica provided foundational experience in human resources and communications.
