Josh Foster

Joshua Foster is a seasoned professional in sports management with extensive experience in CRM systems and fan engagement. Currently serving as the CRM Manager for the Tennessee Titans, Joshua previously held positions with the Columbus Blue Jackets as CRM Coordinator, where a successful transition to Salesforce Sales Cloud was managed, and with Columbus Crew SC as Database and Analytics Coordinator, leading significant CRM system changes and numerous marketing campaigns. Joshua's early career included roles focused on ticket sales and operations with organizations such as the Pittsburgh Riverhounds and State College Spikes, coupled with internships in sports operations and management. Joshua holds a Master's Degree in Sport Management with a concentration in Strategic Sport Analytics from PennWest California and a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from Slippery Rock University.
