Lawrence James is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operational roles within the energy and correctional sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Employee Concerns at Tennessee Valley Authority since August 2019, Lawrence previously held positions such as Employee Concerns Manager and Continuous Improvement Lead at Talen Energy. Lawrence's background includes supervising diverse teams while overseeing planning and scheduling for radiation protection at various organizations, including Susquehanna Nuclear and PPL Corporation. With a solid foundation in electric power technology from Bismarck State College, Lawrence also has military experience as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army and served as a Federal Corrections Officer.
