Mateo Santiago

Mateo Santiago is currently an Incoming 2025 Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Truist Securities, with a strong background in asset management and investment analysis. Since August 2023, Mateo has served as the Portfolio Manager of Technology at the Tennessee Valley Authority, alongside similar responsibilities at the Green And Gold Fund, where Mateo also managed portfolios for Energy and served as an Investment Analyst in Consumer Discretionary. Previous experience includes an Investment Banking Intern Analyst role at New Century Capital Partners, focusing on sell-side M&A advisory in Technology, and a Private Equity Intern Analyst position at El Toro Capital Management, concentrating on growth buyout and equity investments in Technology. Mateo is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance at the UAB Collat School of Business, expected to graduate in April 2026, following a foundational education at Bob Jones High School from August 2018 to May 2022.
