Michael Dexter, MMC, PPA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michael began their career as a Maintenance Supervisor and Facility Supervisor at GKN Sinter Metals, where they ensured optimal equipment uptime and reliability. Michael then worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician at ASMO North Carolina Inc, where they improved manufacturing efficiency and implemented cost-saving measures. Michael later joined Duke Energy Corporation and served as a Reactor Operator, Operations Specialist, and Outage Coordinator, where they provided operations oversight and support, maintained computer programs for data analysis, and managed project coordination for plant outage mitigation. Michael also worked at Tennessee Valley Authority as a Nuclear Unit Operator, obtaining a Nuclear Operator's License and mastering various subjects. In subsequent roles at Daimler Trucks North America, Prysmian Group, and Nawah Energy Company, Michael gained experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities and Maintenance Manager, and Sr. Operations Procedure Writer. Most recently, they became the Company Owner of Kilted Squirrel and an Operations Instructor, Lead at Tennessee Valley Authority.

Michael Dexter, MMC, PPA holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Limestone University. Michael also has an Associate's Degree in Pre-Engineering from Gaston College. In addition, they have obtained a Maintenance Management Certification from Clemson University's Life Cycle Institute. Michael has further enhanced their skills and knowledge by earning various certifications, including a Procedure Professionals Association certification and several LinkedIn certifications focused on project management, leadership communication, and working with high-conflict individuals.
