Stephanie Smallen

Stephanie Smallen is currently the AVP of Institutional Effectiveness and Research at Tennessee Wesleyan University. Stephanie has previous experience working as an adjunct professor at South College, King University, and Tennessee Technological University. Stephanie also worked as a coordinator for effective teaching and learning, as well as an assistant principal, at Lenoir City Schools and Loudon County Schools.
