Marko Kruithof

Marko Kruithof has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Marko began their career at TenneT TSO B.V. in 2018, where they held multiple roles including Project Director, Team Lead Manager, and Advisory Manager. Marko was responsible for creating offshore wind connections to the national energy grid and leading the organization's transformation. Additionally, they worked as an Advisor for Guidepoint, providing insights and perspectives to clients in the form of subject matter expertise. Kruithof also founded their own company, MK-Consult BV, and served as a Managing Director at ETEQ Energy Solutions, where they established the brand and integrated approach for commissioning and engineering in the medium voltage sector. Furthermore, they held positions at Third Bridge Group Limited, Delft University of Technology, Petersburg Consultants, Stichting Dutch Power, GOPACS, and Flinter Group. In these roles, they gained experience in strategic advising, research and investigation, energy transition management, board membership, and program management.

Marko Kruithof has an extensive education history. In 2001, they obtained a degree in Energy Technology from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences. In the same year, they also earned a degree in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. In 2018, Marko pursued an MBA in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician from Nyenrode Business University. Marko has also completed various programs and courses, including Baak Leiderschap programma, Teaching English or French as a Second or Foreign Language, Organizational Leadership, Being the Change, Baak Leadership, English Language and Literature/Letters, Personality Psychology, VCA, Personal effectivity, talent development program, YEP Young Executive program, and Crisis Manager certification from Trimension. Marko is currently pursuing a Board Certificate in Board Membership from Board Company.
