Andrew Shelton

Andrew Shelton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andrew worked at Tennis Australia as the Head of Software & Data Engineering starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Klarna and held several senior engineering manager positions, including leading the Card domain and growing it from 6 teams with 30 engineers to 13 teams with 90 engineers. Andrew also worked in roles such as Engineering Manager and Senior Engineering Manager in various domains. Before joining Klarna, they worked at SEEK as a Principal Software Engineer, Technical Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. Andrew also gained experience as a Web Developer at DBG Technologies and served as the General Manager IT at Benson Radiology. In the earlier stages of their career, they worked as an IT Specialist at Mogas Regional, IT Consultant in freelance services, and held positions such as Senior Analyst Programmer and Analyst Programmer at Construction Benefit Services.

Andrew Shelton has a Bachelor of Information & Communications Technology from the University of South Australia and a Diploma of IT Network Engineering from TAFE SA. Andrew also obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon in 2018.
