Abeer Ishtiaq has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. They began their career in 2004 as a Product Support Specialist at Open Text Corporation, where they later became a Senior Product Support Specialist and eventually a Team Lead for the North American Customer Service team. They joined Netuitive in 2012 as a Technical Support Engineer, providing comprehensive technical support for the company's APM software package. In 2014, Abeer worked briefly as an Application Production Support Engineer at the National Student Clearinghouse before joining Textura Corporation as a Production Support Engineer and later as a Production Support Manager. In 2016, Abeer joined Oracle as a Manager in Cloud Operations and then became a Senior Manager in 2020. Currently, they are working at Tenovos as a Customer Operations Manager and have recently been promoted to the position of Director of Customer Operations.

Abeer Ishtiaq began their education in 2001 at PakAIMS, where they pursued a BCS degree in Computer Science. Abeer completed their degree in 2003. A few years later, from 2004 to 2008, Abeer attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they studied Computer Science and earned a degree in the same field. After a significant gap, Abeer returned to education in 2018 and attended The George Washington University. Here, they completed a Certification in the GW Coding Bootcamp in 2019.
