Lorena Moya Norambuena

Lorena Moya Norambuena has a diverse work experience in the field of operational risk. Lorena is currently working as the Head of Operational Risk at Tenpo since March 2022. Prior to that, they were employed at Falabella Financiero as the Subgerente Regional de Riesgo Operacional from March 2015 to October 2021. Lorena also served as an Analyst Senior Riesgo Tecnológico y Operacional at Banco Santander Chile from May 2011 to February 2015. Lorena started their career at Deloitte Chile as a Consultant in Riesgo Operacional, Financial Advisory Services, where they worked from November 2006 to April 2011.

Lorena Moya Norambuena holds a degree in Contador Auditor from Universidad de Chile. Lorena also obtained a degree in Ingeniería en Información y Control de Gestión from the same university. In addition to their education, Lorena has acquired several certifications including the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate, Scrum Master Professional Certificate, Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate, and OKR Certified Professional from CertiProf, all of which were obtained in August 2021.
