David Fuqua

David Fuqua has extensive work experience in the construction industry. David started their career in 2004 as the President of Terra Form, Inc., a specialty construction company focusing on site development work. David held this position until 2013.

In 2009, David founded their own company, Specialty Civil Designs, LLC, where they served as President until 2013.

Since 2013, David has been working at Tensar International Corporation. David initially worked as a Regional Manager for Grade Separation Solutions in the Southeast US, where they were responsible for sales and developing cost-effective solutions for site development projects. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Area Engineer, focusing on the South US region.

David Fuqua earned their Associate degree in Civil Engineering from Northwest Junior College from 1974 to 1976. David then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University, which they completed between 1976 and 1979. Later on, from 1981 to 1982, David attended Oklahoma State University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
