Abraham Rabinder

Abraham Rabinder has several years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Their most recent position was as the Head of Human Resources at Centena Group, where they were responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and selection, managing employee relations, and providing training and development opportunities. Prior to that, they worked at Adecco as the Head of HR Operations & Payroll. Abraham also has experience as a Senior Manager and Manager in the HR departments of RRD GO Creative and Infosys Technologies Ltd, respectively. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Analyst in Human Capital Analytics at Scope International and as a Technical Executive at Wipro Technologies. In these roles, they gained experience in various HR activities, including payroll management, performance enhancement, grievance handling, and reporting.

Abraham Rabinder completed their education at various institutions. Abraham began their academic journey at St.Bede's, where they studied Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from 1987 to 1999, earning a HSC degree. Abraham then went on to attend Sathyabama University from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Engineering with a focus on EEE. Following this, in 2004 and 2005, Abraham Rabinder enrolled at Loyola Institute of Business Administration, earning a PGDHRM degree.
