Rachel Sussman

Rachel Sussman is an experienced educational consultant currently working at TenSquare, LLC since September 2022. Previously, Sussman served as Assistant Principal at the District of Columbia International School from August 2015 to June 2018 and as Director of the Ward 7 Achievement Center at Kelly Miller Middle School within DC Public Schools from June 2012 to June 2015. Sussman also held the position of Associate Director at B'Tselem USA from July 2010 to July 2012, and worked at Manhattan Country School from September 2004 to June 2010, where roles included History Teacher, Activism Coordinator, and Admissions and High School Placement Associate. Educational qualifications include a National Principals Academy Fellowship from Relay Graduate School of Education (2016-2017), a Master’s degree in History from Yale University (2003-2004), a Bachelor’s degree in History from Barnard College (1997-2001), and an academic experience at the University of Oxford (1999-2000).
