Ioannis Karageorgos is a Staff ASIC Physical Design Engineer at Tenstorrent since July 2025 and holds dual positions as a Research Affiliate and Research Scientist at Yale University since January 2019, focusing on general-purpose SoC architecture for implantable brain-computer interfaces and the tape-out of low power RISC-V microprocessors. Previous roles include Physical Design, R&D Engineer at Blue Cheetah Analog Design, Inc., and Postdoctoral Research Associate at Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in digital ASIC design and hardware security.
