Vignyan Kothinti

Vignyan Kothinti is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Tenstorrent Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Vignyan worked as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Microsoft from March 2019 to April 2022 and held the position of Staff Engineer at Qualcomm from September 2014 to February 2019. Vignyan began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from August 2009 to August 2014, complemented by internships at top technology companies, including Intel and Microsoft. Vignyan holds a PhD in Computer Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Technology in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology.
