Antonio Pallotta has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Antonio started their career at Costco Wholesale in 2014 as a Warehouse Stocker, where they managed displays and rotated stock on a daily basis. In 2012, they joined Chick-fil-A-Franchise as a Team Member, handling front counter and drive-thru responsibilities. Over the years, they advanced within the company, taking on roles such as Supervisor, Director of Catering, and Kitchen Director. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership skills by leading shifts, managing inventory, handling customer complaints, assigning task lists, and solving operational bottlenecks. Their leadership resulted in a 30% increase in sales during their tenure as the Kitchen Director. In 2022, they joined Tensure Consulting as a Project Coordinator, where they currently work.

Antonio Pallotta pursued their education with a focus on sports management and fitness administration/management. Antonio attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Sports Management. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they attended Cincinnati Christian University, also studying Sports Management. Before delving into sports management, Antonio briefly studied Athletic Training/Trainer at the University of Cincinnati in 2015. Additionally, they received the certification of Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in June 2022.
