Ralph Strampfer has a diverse work experience with a strong focus on marketing and brand management. Ralph most recently worked at TENZING Natural Energy in a predominantly marketing role. Prior to that, they founded THIRST Brand Marketing where they specialized in developing brands that create impact.

In 2017, Ralph worked at BrewDog as the Head of Brand where they built and led a global brand team and developed a global brand strategy. Before that, they served as the Country Manager UK for the Austrian National Tourist Office, where they led a team of 8 and developed a 3-year marketing strategy.

Ralph's early career was with Red Bull, where they held various roles including Product Brand Manager, Project Manager/Head of Brand for Red Bull Air Race, Brand Manager for Red Bulletin, Motorsports Manager, and Trainee. During their time at Red Bull, they successfully implemented product launches, executed ATL/BTL campaigns, and managed cross-functional projects.

Ralph Strampfer attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Magister degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2005, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Alberta.
