Jennifer Mische

Jennifer Mische is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive support and career services. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CHRO at Tepa Companies since April 2023, Jennifer provides high-level administrative support, manages communications, and organizes complex schedules. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Executive Assistant to the CIO at HNTB for seven years, where responsibilities included scheduling, travel management, and technical support for IT operations.
