Leasa Geerlings

Leasa Geerlings has extensive experience in corporate training and development. Leasa currently works as a Corporate Training Manager at Tepa, LLC since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked for JE Dunn Construction from May 2012 to November 2020, where they held the position of Learning and Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for implementing and managing the company's first Learning Management System, designing career development training, and creating eLearning materials using Lectora. Leasa also worked as a Professional Development Specialist at Kiewit Power from November 2007 to May 2012. Before that, they served as a Training Specialist at QC Holdings, Inc. from 2004 to 2007 and at Harrah's St. Louis Casino & Hotel from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, Leasa briefly worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at Harrah's St. Louis Casino and Hotel in 2002.

Leasa Geerlings obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting from Evangel University. Leasa completed their studies between 1983 and 1987.
