Lika Kardava

Lika Kardava currently serves as the ESG, IFIs Relations & Capital Markets Manager at Terabank since December 2023. As the founder of Property Georgia, the first property guide portal in Georgia, Lika has played a pivotal role in the real estate sector since May 2016. Lika also co-founded and is the Chapter President of FIABCI-Georgia, the International Real Estate Federation, since June 2021. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Georgian Construction Materials Cluster (GCMC) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, and teaching marketing at Ilia State University. Lika has held various executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Redix Group and Head of Marketing and Sales Division at IDECO. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Marketing Management from Free University of Tbilisi and a Bachelor's Degree in General Management from ESM - European School of Management, along with a certificate in Banking - Consumer Lending from the American Bankers Association.
