Ava Zhang is an experienced professional in the jewelry industry with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at Pandora since 2016, Ava oversees daily operations, sales, inventory management, and staff training. Previous roles include a jewelry appraiser, where responsibilities included assessing the quality, value, and authenticity of jewelry, as well as working as a Jewelry Artisan involved in creating and restoring jewelry. Before Pandora, Ava worked as a Jewelry Appraiser Assistant at Alex and Ani from 2014 to 2016, aiding appraisers in evaluating jewelry quality, and also held a Sales Assistant/Sales Associate position at Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group from 2009 to 2012, providing customer service and sales support.
