Philip Jones

As Chief Financial Officer, Phil is responsible for all aspects of TeraGo’s finance function and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Phil brings to TeraGo over 25 years of financial experience, providing leadership in both private and public companies ranging from start-ups to multinational organizations, primarily in technology sectors. Phil joined TeraGo in May 2022 following a successful sale of Redline Communications (TSX: RDL) to Aviat Networks (NASDAQ: AVNW).

Throughout Phil’s career, he’s been successfully involved in improving both finance teams’ operational efficiency and overall corporate financial management and heavily engaged in capital raising (debt and equity) to fund growth, product development, and international M&A activities (both buy and sell-side). Phil has previously held CFO roles at Redline Communications, Maru Group, Mundo Media (sold to Customer Acquisition Network), Leonardo Worldwide (sold to Jonas Computing), and Exposoft Solutions where he was also actively involved in operations, geographic expansion, investor relations, financial planning, and reporting.
