Yangzhi Zhu

Yangzhi Zhu is an Assistant Professor and Terasaki Fellow at the Terasaki Institute for Biomedical Innovation (TIBI) since August 2020, leading multiple projects focused on medical devices and diagnostics. Prior to this role, Yangzhi Zhu served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of California San Diego from July 2019 to August 2020, researching three-dimensional stretchable electronics and bio-signal monitoring, among other areas. Yangzhi Zhu completed a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of California, Riverside in 2019, following a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.
