Marco Ismael González Rangel

Marco Ismael González Rangel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Marco Ismael began their career in 2006 as an HS&E Specialist at Procter & Gamble, where they designed strategies for risk assessment and quality assurance. Marco Ismael then worked as a Business Continuity Specialist at Banco Federal, where they designed strategies for a BCM program and conducted hot testing for business continuity and IT continuity programs.

In 2008, Marco joined SINCA as a Senior Product Specialist before transitioning to Textiles Gams C.A., where they served as a Quality Manager and CTO-R&D. During their time at Textiles Gams C.A., they implemented a Textile Quality Assurance Lab and achieved a significant reduction in quality loss.

Marco then moved on to Consorcio Credicard as an IT Business Continuity Leader, where they were responsible for the architecture and deployment of a disaster recovery data center and conducted hot testing for IT continuity programs.

Continuing their career in IT, Marco joined IOCA Group as a Production and QA Manager, where they designed and deployed efficient production programs and built strategic alliances. Marco Ismael later worked at Beco & CO as a Group Production Manager & QA, where they led the migration of a major brand and implemented an efficient material master plan, resulting in a significant increase in sales.

In 2019, Marco joined Bancaribe as a CTO/IT Architecture Manager and played a key role in the architecture and product deployment of the ARIA Chatbot.

Most recently, Marco is working at Teravision Technologies as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Solutions Architect. During their time at Teravision Technologies, they have achieved numerous successes, including the development and launch of successful products, customized business solutions, and successful solutions for startups.
