Katie Laine

Katie Laine, SHRM-SCP, serves as the SVP of People at Terawatt since April 2024. Previously, as a Senior People & Culture Consultant from January 2022 to April 2024, Katie filled interim leadership roles, provided executive advisory and coaching, and developed talent strategies for startups. From February 2001 to November 2021, Katie was the Chief People Officer and Executive Managing Director at H5, where collaboration with senior leadership fostered a high-ranking company culture recognized by Glassdoor. Earlier experience includes a series of progressive roles at H5 and a tenure as Group Human Resources Manager at Enterprise Holdings, Inc. Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Mississippi.
