Kevin McCarthy

Kevin McCarthy has a diverse work experience in the food industry, with a focus on field training and operations. Kevin started their career at Smashburger in 2007, where they held various roles, including Director of Field Training and Senior Director of Operations Excellence. Kevin also served as a Market Partner in Colorado before leaving the company in 2019. In 2019, McCarthy joined Teriyaki Madness as Director of Trainer Talent and Field Training. Kevin quickly moved up to Vice President of Training/Operations and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Field Training & Operations.
