Randy Cowling

Randy Cowling currently serves as the Senior Manager of Communication and Training Development at Teriyaki Madness since March 2023 and has held the position of Licensed Pastor at Wheat Ridge United Methodist Church since July 2020. With a robust background in training and development, Randy has worked as a Training Specialist at AUTOPAY and an Instructional Designer at Traemand and Builders First Source/ProBuild. Previous roles in the restaurant industry include Training Design Specialist at Noodles & Company and a multi-faceted position at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, where Randy emphasized True Hospitality through diverse training methods. Additionally, Randy co-pastored Harvest Christian Community, focusing on community engagement, and successfully ran Entertaining Thoughts as Owner/Operator, providing mobile DJ services. Randy holds a Local Pastor Licensing degree from Iliff School of Theology, completed in August 2020.
