Jette Klein Pedersen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jette Klein started their career in 1992 as a Customer sales/service representative at Hertz. Jette Klein then worked as a Souschef/Sælger at André Schuhe GmbH from 1995 to 1998. Following that, they became an Accountant & Controller at Bildungszentrum des Hess. Handels gGmbH from 1999 to 2000. Jette then joined Terma A/S in 2000, where they held various positions such as Financial Controller, Accountant, Specialist, Manager, Senior Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Group Accounting & Transfer Pricing. Their roles in Terma A/S continued to develop their expertise in accounting and transfer pricing.

Jette Klein Pedersen earned a Master's Degree in Finance/Auditing from Aarhus University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in HD-R from Aarhus Universitet Business and social sciences from 2008 to 2012.
