John Hammond is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in compensation consulting and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Board Member at Terminal City Club since December 2020, John is involved with the Governance, Finance, and Compensation Committees. Prior to this, John held the position of Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson from May 2006 to June 2018, where John led the Executive Compensation and Rewards practice in Canada, overseeing a team of 60 professionals. John's career also includes a tenure at Mercer as Managing Partner, where John guided the Vancouver office through notable growth, and at Scotiabank as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking, managing complex financing proposals. John holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a BA from the University of Victoria.
