Head of Customer Success at Terminal

Jordan Caviness has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2012. In 2012, they began their career as an Account Manager at 42Floors, a company that helps people search and discover office space online. In 2014, they moved on to ZeroCater, an organization that sources meals from local pop-up kitchens, gourmet food trucks, restaurants, private chefs and caterers in the Bay Area, Chicago, New York City, and Washington, D.C. In 2015, they worked as a Client Engagement at Grey Group's ArcTouch Mobile and Connected Experiences Division, which helps brands connect more deeply with customers through custom experiences for phones, tablets and smart things. In 2016, they moved on to iovation Inc., a company that protects online businesses and their end users against fraud and abuse through a combination of advanced device identification, shared device reputation and real-time risk evaluation. In 2017, they became a Customer Success Manager at Smarsh, a company that provides cloud-based archiving and compliance solutions for companies in regulated and litigious industries. Finally, in 2018, they began their current role as Head of Customer Success at Terminal.

Jordan Caviness has completed education from California State University - East Bay. They also have obtained a Gainsight Customer Success Manager Certification from Gainsight.
