Following that, they attended the University of Oxford from 1998 to 2000 and obtained their Master of Philosophy degree in Middle English Literature.

In 2004, Carole pursued their interest in Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing by enrolling in Concordia University. Carole completed a diploma program in this field, which lasted from 2004 to 2007.
