Monica Santana has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Monica most recently worked at Terminus as a Team Lead in Digital Media Strategy, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Digital Media Manager at Terminus from June 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Terminus, Monica worked at ETF Flows LLC as a Senior Digital Media Manager from February 2019 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Digital Advertising at ETF Trends from January 2017 to February 2019. Monica began their career at Entrepreneur Media in September 2010 as an Online Advertising Coordinator, where they gained experience in managing and implementing digital campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and executing marketing strategies. Monica Santana obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Chapman University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. During their time at Chapman University, Monica also pursued a minor in History. In addition to their formal education, Monica has obtained several certifications, including "The Account-Based Strategy Certification: Fundamentals" from Terminus in March 2022, "Edge Academy Certified: Data-Driven Planning," "Edge Academy Certified: Marketing Foundations," and "Edge Academy Certified: Trading Essentials" from The Trade Desk in July 2021, and "Google Analytics Individual IQ" and "Google AdWords Certification" from Google in May 2017 and September 2017 respectively.
