Stephanie Falk has a diverse and extensive work experience in product management and marketing roles. Stephanie is currently working at Terminus as a Principal Product Manager, starting in June 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Product Manager at Terminus from July 2021 to June 2023.
Before joining Terminus, Stephanie worked at Cheetah Digital as a Product Manager, Messaging from June 2019 to July 2021.
Stephanie also has experience at CDK Global, where they held multiple roles. Stephanie started as a Senior Email Marketing Specialist, Owner Marketing (Associate Product Manager) in November 2013 and was promoted to Owner Marketing Product Manager after obtaining their Software Product Management Certification. In this role, they led several successful product launches and received multiple awards. Stephanie then became a Product Manager, Owner Marketing & Common Services Messaging, where they were responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of CDK Owner Marketing products and Common Services Messaging platform.
Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked at Pacific Coast Feather Company as an Associate Marketing Manager, managing national retail accounts and private label packaging development. Stephanie also worked at Paper Zone as a Marketing Manager, coordinating marketing events and maintaining social media presence, and at Cascade Regional Blood Services as a Marketing & Community Support role, designing marketing materials and coordinating events.
Stephanie began their career as an Assistant Account Executive at Entercom, where they developed new business and managed existing accounts, coordinated special events, and created radio commercials for clients.
Stephanie Falk began their educational journey in 2003 at Green River College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Communication. Stephanie successfully completed their studies in 2006. In 2007, Stephanie moved on to Birmingham City University, where they obtained a General Education Certification with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations. Their time at Birmingham City University lasted until 2008. Stephanie then attended Pacific Lutheran University from 2008 to 2010, earning a BA in Communication with a specialization in Advertising and Public Relations. After several years, Stephanie decided to further enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of software product management. In 2016, they enrolled in the University of Washington, where they completed a certification program in Software Product Management in 2017.
