Sue Joyce is the Vice President of People at Terminus, an account-based marketing company. Sue joined the company in January 2018 and has been responsible for scaling the Human Resources function and preparing the department and company for rapid growth. During their time at Terminus, Joyce has overseen the addition of an ATS, the change in payroll vendor, the change in health benefit vendors, and the addition of a new benefit broker. Sue has also been responsible for due diligence of three acquisitions as well as post-acquisition HR integration of employees in California and Indiana. In addition to their work at Terminus, Joyce is also a HR strategist to five SaaS clients.
Sue Joyce has a Bachelor's Degree in Sue'story from The University of Georgia. Sue also has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University. Sue is certified from the University of Pittsburgh in Gender and Sexuality in the Workplace and from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate. Finally, they are certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional of Human Resources.
