Gabriele Colombo

Gabriele Colombo has extensive experience in operations management and service leadership roles. Gabriele is currently working as an Operations Manager at TERMO since March 2022. Previously, they worked at Alfa Laval as a Service Center Manager from November 2020 to March 2022, where they managed the Thermal and Separation Departments. Gabriele was responsible for problem-solving, communication, building relationships, and implementing process improvements.

Before that, Gabriele worked at ARIOLI GROUP as a Service Manager from February 2019 to October 2020. In this role, they led teams for spare parts, assistance, and machine assembly and installation.

Gabriele also has experience with ABB, where they held various roles from 2008 to 2019. These include serving as a Service Team Manager and Operations Manager, leading service teams in delivering high-quality services and solutions. Gabriele also worked as an OpEx Manager, focusing on operational excellence, and as an R&D and GTSC Technical Support Manager. Additionally, they were involved in frequent business trips during this time.

Gabriele Colombo's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Scuola media Bonvesin de la Riva in Legnano. After completing their middle school education in 1994, they moved on to Liceo Scientifico Galileo Galilei and studied there until 1999. During this time, their field of study was focused on Legnano. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled in Politecnico di Milano from 1999 to 2008, studying mechanical engineering and earning a degree as an ingegnere meccanico. Finally, in 2014, Colombo attended SDA Bocconi School of Management, completing their studies there in 2015, although the field of study for this degree is not specified.
