Tristan Fiume began their career in 2016 as a Sales Manager at BME Group, where they built fundamental client relations through email automation and lead-generating software (CRM). Tristan managed over 300 energy accounts while maintaining a thorough and replenished sales pipeline with consistent CRR. Additionally, they were a team leader of 5 junior associates and conducted daily sales training routine. In 2022, they joined TermSheet as an SDR, providing CRE teams with integrated workflow and actionable insight into their deal data. As an end to end platform, TermSheet is an underwriting assumption & portfolio performance database that equips acquisition, development, lending and asset management teams, with a better understanding of how their assets are performing at scale and what assumptions to underwrite for new deals, based on aggregated actuals.

Tristan Fiume obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rutgers University between 2017 and 2020. Tristan also obtained a Google Data Analytics certification from Coursera in June 2022.
